Field sales, Technical Sales, Project Sales, Product Sales, Solution Sales, Solution architect, Service Sales, Product training, Product demo, Sales cycle implementation, Sales pipeline management, Sales model creation & implementation, Customer relationship management, vendor management, sales partner management, sales training workshops, sales consolidation, meeting targets, creating leads & new customers
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
-The candidate should have excellent knowledge on Industrial Automation / Industrial IT market segment, Industry 4.0, IIoT, IoT, PLC/DCS/SCADA market segments
-The candidate should develop sales & marketing strategies to drive sales growth in assigned segment & increasing business opportunities through various routes to market reaching targets & goals set by management.
-Should have proficiency in developing sales strategies, compiling & analysing sales figures, provide innovative ideas & suggestions to improve the market presence, develop creative promotional strategies to increase customer base, maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business & servicing the needs of customers
-The candidate should able to understand the requirements of the customer & propose best-in-class technical solution, coordinate with the Project department, create technical presentation, organize demo for converted opportunities, monitor project health, improve customer satisfaction, monitor & control after-sales service quality, design, plan & conduct customer training & workshops
– The candidate should have started his/her career as Jr. Project Engineer in a Solution Provider or System Integrator concern & should have experience working in different phases of project.
-The candidate should be willing to travel extensively & must have two wheeler.
Min. Qualification: Dip. / B.E. Any Discipline / MBA. Sales & Marketing
Prof. Certifications: CPSP / CAP
Min. Experience: 2 years & above as Engineer – Sales
