Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
-The candidate should possess excellent inter-personal & soft skills, should have in-depth knowledge on Industrial Automation / Industrial IT, Industry 4.0, IIoT, IoT, PLC/DCS/SCADA & allied instrumentation technologies, should be highly skilled on Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider automation platforms.
-The candidate should have experience on PLC programming on LAD/FB/ST/SCL/SFC/CFC & should have detailed knowledge on IEC 61131-3 programming standards. Should have experience working on different types of SCADA/HMI & should be proficient in C37.1.2007 standards for SCADA & Automation Systems & ISA 112 standards
-The candidate should have experience on programming & developing logics & SCADA applications using RS Logix 500/5000/FactoryTalk View SE/ME/FactoryTalk Vantage Point/ Simatic Manger / Simatic Microwin / Simatic PCS 7/ Simatic WinCC/Simatic WinCC Flexible/Mitsubishi GX Developer/mc Works64/Simatic WinAC/Simatic WinCC OA/S5/RS5/Schneider Unity Pro, etc., should be proficient on Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi & Schneider Platforms
-The candidate should have very good knowledge on traditional Industrial Networking, LoRA, M2M, nodejs, mqtt, opc ua, opc da, MS SQL, MySQL, siebel, mariadb, MS access, etc.,
-The candidate should possess very good knowledge on VB scripting, XAML scripting, XML, query
-The candidate should have experience commissioning both AC/DC drives of different makes & have good knowledge on energy auditing
-The candidate should be proficient in both process/discrete automation & have technical know-how of traditional process automation sop’s & discrete lean processes.
-The candidate should be willing to travel extensively & must have two wheeler.
– The candidate should be maintaining QC/issue ticket register & ensuring closure as per SOP. Efficient on customer coordination, preparing action plan in coordination with service engineer/specialist, getting feedback form duly filled with satisfactory report for every ticket/issue closure, preparing monthly attendance of engineers/specialists attended service requests from customers, fixed issue review & closure rights, maintaining all history of issues, coordinating with sales manager/engineer for new requirement on site for which service & engineer/specialist visit is required, negotiation & coordinating for service quote, keep a check on service engineer/specialist spending & provide monthly budget for
approval, coordinating with admin for the travel & ticket booking for service engineer/specialist via PMS, follow up with accounts department for the advance release foe service engineer/specialist via PMS/e-mail, WhatsApp, sms or phone call, sending closed MOM to sales team for payment procedure & providing approval for Toolkit for Service Engineer/Specialist.
-The candidate should have good knowledge & understanding of customer problems, excellent software/hardware knowledge, customer centric, people management, negotiation skills, relationship skills, analytical & problem solving skills, proactive, communicate effectively, verbally & in writing to a diverse audience, plan, organize & prioritize work, demonstrate the highest level of ethical behaviour, remain flexible in order to adapt to changes in work environment, study & apply new information, technology & take initiative, excellent time-management, problem prevention & problem solving skills,
work accurately with close attention to detail & problem, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, possess a work ethic that includes neatness, punctuality & accuracy, excellent computer skills, including detailed knowledge on both Windows/Linux/Cent OS operating systems, excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce & should be sensitive towards the team/customer problem & should take initiative in helping the team/customer in resolving all the problems.
Min. Qualification: Dip. / B.E. Any Discipline / MBA. OM / SCM
Prof. Certifications: CAP / CCST
Min. Experience: 2 years & above as Sr.Engineer – Projects / Service
