Accounts management, tax management, internal audit, statutory & compliance management, Purchase
Management, Vendor Management, Supply chain management, Logistics Management, Inventory
Management, Quality Management
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
-The candidate should be responsible for the accounts entry in the PMS & for filing PF, ESI, GST, TDS to
the statutory compliance. Responsible for checking & passing voucher related to travel, conveyance &
reimbursement as per policy.
-Monthly trial balance, Profit & loss, balance sheet, handle periodic audits especially statutory audits,
responsible for audit schedules & finalization of accounts, track submitted invoices & follow up for the
payment with agreed deadlines, track & account & pay all employee related payments on time, track &
account & pay all vendor related payments on time with accuracy
-The candidate should be responsible for all bank related works & handling of CC/OD, Bill discounts &
other financial instruments.
-The candidate should be responsible for office administration related works.
-The candidate should have excellent communication skills both oral & written, strong inter-personal
skills & should be willing to travel. Must have two wheeler.
-The candidate should be responsible for, prepare & maintain vendor database & vendor relation.
Should handle all commercial aspects of procurement such that purchase requisition, quotation,
purchase order, PO
-The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge on Purchase operations, Local & import
procurement of material, vendor development & vendor relationship management, import clearance,
commercial negotiation with local vendors for quality, cost & deliverable, MIS & data management,
Logistics related co-ordination
-The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge on custom laws & clearance procedure, Should have
knowledge on SAP / PMS.
– The candidate should have experience & knowledge on capital goods procurement, purchase planning
well in advance for materials required for all projects, negotiation of rates, payment terms & delivery
schedule, sampling & verification of new materials, detailed study & cost estimation of materials to be
procured, knowledge on specifications for various Industrial Automation / Industrial IT related materials
& equipment’s, evaluation of technical / commercial procurement, coordinate activities engaged in
buying, & receiving delivery of materials, equipment’s, tools, machineries & supplies with
vendors/suppliers & place order to suppliers & coordinate with project team deployed at site, evaluating
contractors/supplier profiles for tendering & quotation analysis, make travel arrangements, boarding &
lodging arrangements for project team deployed to site, prepare comparative statement, develop new
vendors & maintain good relationships, prepare & process purchase orders for supplies, material, tools,
equipment’s & labour contracts, process the documentation of orders (PO/Bills/Indents/DC) by liaising
with suppliers or principals, authorize the bills for payment, co-ordinate with accounts department to
make the payment in time to suppliers, knowledge of tax structure, GST, e-Way bill, Excise, Customs
Duty, Transit & CAR policy insurances etc., Knowledge of general terms & conditions of contracts &
services & tendering keywords: Purchase, Procurement, Contracting, Billing, Material Management,
Material Handling, Supply chain management
Min. Qualification: UG: B.Com – commerce – Any Graduate – Any Specialization Discipline PG: MBA.
M.Com – commerce, CA, ICWA (CMA)
Min. Experience: 1 years & above as Executive – Accounts
