Field sales, Technical Sales, Project Sales, Product Sales, Solution Sales, Solution architect, Service Sales,
Product training, Product demo, Sales cycle implementation, Sales pipeline management, Customer
relationship management, sales consolidation, meeting targets, creating leads & new customers
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
-The candidate should have excellent knowledge on Industrial Automation / Industrial IT market
segment, Industry 4.0, IIoT, IoT, PLC/DCS/SCADA market segments
-The candidate should develop sales & marketing strategies to drive sales growth in assigned segment &
increasing business opportunities through various routes to market reaching targets & goals set by
management
-The candidate should able to understand the requirements of the customer & propose best-in-class
technical solution, coordinate with the Project department, create technical presentation, organize
demo for converted opportunities, monitor project health, improve customer satisfaction, monitor &
control after-sales service quality, design, plan & conduct customer training & workshops
– The candidate should have started his/her career as Jr. Project Engineer in a Solution Provider or
System Integrator concern & should have experience working in different phases of project.
-The candidate should be willing to travel extensively & must have two wheeler.
Min. Qualification: Dip. / B.E. Any Discipline / MBA. Sales & Marketing
Prof. Certifications: CPSP / CAP
Min. Experience: 1 years & above as Jr./Asst.Engineer – Sales
