Roles & Responsibility:
Human Resource Management, Employee travel management, Employee induction, on boarding & exit
interview, Performance review and admin activities.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
-The candidate should have good knowledge on Human Resource management, policy design & implementation of HR policies, processes & practices to meet strategic objectives – policy design, approval, communication & implementation with a final goal of enhancing employee productivity, performance management – improving performance management process & currently manage the performance appraisal process end to end annual goal setting process with a quarterly performance
review cycle for the sales team – identification of high & low performers & execute reward or coaching programs in accordance – implemented a continuous performance evaluation & feedback process, learning & development – establishing learning & development objectives based on business & employee requirements & formation of learning & development plans, talent management & employee engagement – cross skilling high – potential employees & leveraging skills across businesses – formation of technical advisory board (consisting of hi-pots) – salary corrections for top performers to ensure
retention – understanding people requirements & planning policy, process & communication interventions to improve engagement – skill level discussions with team & issue based action planning with respective department heads – planned & executed cultural & fun at work events, compensation & benefits – designing a compensation & benefits structure as per statutory requirements – revising the structure based on candidate / market feedback to improve competitive advantage
-The candidate should have excellent communication & presentation skills, both oral & written, exhibit high level of proficiency with MS office software, PMS, in particular, PowerPoint & excel, good interpersonal skills in-order to interact with business, negotiation skills, must be enthusiastic team player with an innovative approach with solution mind-set.
Min. Qualification: UG: Any Discipline PG: MBA. OM /HRM
Min. Experience: Minimum 1year of experience as Executive – HR & Admin will be preferred.
