Overview / Features

CONTEC Data Collector for Modbus is a software that implements data coordination between the Edgecross basic software platform and the digital, analog I/O measurement control, remote I/O devices of the CONTEC.
Collecting, reading, and writing data for the CONTEC devices containing Modbus slave function can be performed by installing the Data Collector on higher-level communication devices containing a Modbus master function.

  • Edgecross is a standard and open platform that transcends the boundaries of companies and industries that promote the IoT of manufacturing sites. The middleware “CONTEC Data Collector for Modbus” makes it possible to utilize devices containing Modbus slave function on the Edgecross platform.
