License Agreement

Welcome to Equvera. By installing, accessing, or using our software, mobile applications, or digital services, you accept and agree to the terms of this License Agreement. This agreement defines permitted uses, restrictions, and the responsibilities of licensees.

Scope of License

Equvera grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for authorized business or personal purposes. The software is licensed, not sold. Any redistribution, resale, sublicensing, reverse engineering, or modification of the software is prohibited unless you received explicit written permission from Equvera.

User Responsibilities

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the software.
Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of accounts, credentials, and access tokens.
Prevent unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution of licensed components.

Restrictions

You may not:

Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code by any means.
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the software unless explicitly
allowed by a written licensing agreement from Equvera.
Use the software to engage in harmful, fraudulent, or illegal activities.

Updates & Maintenance

Equvera may periodically release updates, security patches, and feature enhancements. Some updates may be required to continue using certain features. Equvera will endeavour to communicate major breaking changes prior to enforcement where feasible.

Termination

Equvera reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license if you breach any term of this agreement. After termination you must stop using the software and remove any copies from your systems.
