Is the screen protector included with the rugged cases?

No, screen protectors are not included when you purchase a case only. This applies to both the Surface 3 case and Surface Pro 4 case.

However, our Surface bundles include a rugged case and screen protector, both applied to the tablet by experts, before being shipped to you.

Does MobileDemand offer cases for the Surface Pro 3?

No. Currently, MobileDemand has cases for the Surface 3 and Surface Pro 4. Neither of these cases will fit the Surface Pro 3.

What all is included in the Surface bundle?

Considered the premium offering on the market for ruggedized Surface tablets, a bundle comes complete with:

Surface Tablet
Rugged Case
Screen Protector

The bundle will be delivered fully assembled, ready-to-deploy. The rugged case and screen protector are applied to the tablet by MobileDemand installation experts in a dust-controlled environment.

The installation of the case and screen protector is included in the purchase price of a bundle.

Is there a warranty on the Surface cases?

MobileDemand warrants the rugged Surface cases to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for one year from original date of purchase from MobileDemand. This Warranty extends only to the original buyer; not to any successive buyers.

During this warranty period, MobileDemand will repair or replace, free of charge, using like quality parts at its discretion, any product part proving to be defective in material or workmanship. This Warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear or defects caused by abuse, mishandling beyond its intended purpose, negligence by the Customer, or by any acts of nature.

Any repairs needed to the Surface tablet itself must be done through Microsoft. MobileDemand does not provide repair services for Surface tablets.

What carrying options are available for the cases?

MobileDemand offers several options for carrying the Surface case:

Briefcase handle (Included in Standard & Premium version)
Back hand strap (Included in Standard & Premium version)
2-point shoulder strap (Sold separately)
4-point shoulder strap (Sold separately)

How do MobileDemand cases compare to other options on the market?

MobileDemand rugged Surface cases are designed specifically for productivity; it’s not just a protective shell, it’s a feature-rich, easy-to-carry rugged case. The fully adjustable easel, multiple carrying options, protected ports, and shock-absorbing bumpers mean increased device protection and productivity enhancements for mobile workers. You can also attach a Type Cover keyboard for fast data entry.

In the event you need to mount the device in a vehicle, the case has a built-in plate that is compatible with the Snap Mount (sold separately).
