Wristband FAQs

Wristband FAQs

When to use the wristband

Recommended use and non-use cases for the Voltage wristband

Recommended Use: when should the wristband be used?
  • Any environment where the equipment should be de-energized or is presumed to be electrically safe
  • When intending to stay outside of the restricted approach boundary of live equipment
  • When in these environments you can adjust your settings if you are around higher-voltage equipment to avoid unnecessary alerts
Non-Recommended Use: when should the wristband not be used?
  • Work on known sources (live work, testing, and troubleshooting)
  • DC equipment
  • When not performing work around potentially hazardous sources (home, office, breaks, commuting)
  • When in these environments you can mute the wristband to silence alerts
What voltages can it be used for?
  • 480V (Low or No Voltage)
  • 208V and above
  • 208 / 210 / 220 / 230 / 240 / 277 volt single-phase have a very similar electric field to 480V 3-phase
  • It will detect lower voltages (such as 110), but it is not calibrated to alert at a safe distance for these voltages
  • For all other standard settings: use it for the voltage range listed and higher voltages
IMPORTANT:

If your organization has deployed custom settings, the alert triggers may not be aligned with the above recommendations.

If you are on custom settings, refer to your organization’s guidance for what setting to use in different environments.

Wristband alerts: default settings and changing settings

Wristband alerts: default settings and changing settings
Alerts can be adjusted to match your environment by changing the settings using the Proxxi Voltage App

When shipped, the wristband is at its most sensitive: 480V with alerts on. Being on the correct setting helps prevent nuisance alerts.

If your organization has custom settings, your wristband settings and/or sensitivity may be different than what is listed in this article. More information about custom settings can be found here.

Default Alert Settings

At 480V, the initial alert occurs at 45cm/18in from an energized source and the high alert occurs at 30cm/12in.

Because the wristband senses any unshielded/ungrounded energy source, it will alert at further distances for higher-voltage equipment, and closer distances for lower-voltage equipment.

Adjusting Alert Settings

In the Alerts section of the Proxxi Voltage Mobile App, you can adjust the setting of the wristband to match your work environment.

At this time, the Proxxi Hub App cannot be used to adjust wristband settings

How to adjust alerts:

  1. Navigate to the “Alerts” tab
  2. Select new setting
  3. Select “Confirm”
  4. Set timer

The timer is in place to ensure that you can’t accidentally leave the wristband on a setting that isn’t aligned with your next workplace.

At the end of the timer, the wristband will always switch back to the default of 480V with alerts on so that you have maximum protection.

Note: Voltage setting options in the video may differ from your app

The default setting options are based on the Limits of Approach as defined in NFPA 70e. We recommend that you select a voltage setting that is at or below the environment that you expect to be working with.

Avoiding Nuisance Alerts

Because Proxxi Voltage senses electric field strength, the wristband will alert for any ungrounded/unshielded source that emits a strong enough field. This means it will alert at close distances to items like laptops and power cords, or at further distances from powerful sources, such as overhead transmission/distribution lines.

The wristband senses the same intensity of electricity by being very close to a lower-voltage source as it would a 480V source at 18in/45cm (if set to the standardized alerting parameters). An energized source does not have to be 480V for the wristbands to alert.

If you are not performing electrical work (during your commute or when in an office environment), we recommend muting the wristband to avoid nuisance alerts. Step-by-step instructions for muting alerts can be found here.

If working around equipment that is operating above 480V, you can adjust the wristband to a more appropriate setting.

It is important to note that 480V at 18in doesn’t mean 240V at 9in or 120V at 4.5in. Electrical intensity is dependent on the geometry of the source. Generally speaking, the electric field will fall off with the inverse square of the distance.

For more information about standard alert settings and the live reading, please see this article.

*Initial alert distances are applicable for wristbands shipped after 2023-05-19. Wristbands shipped before this date will perform the initial alert on the default 480V setting at 24in/60cm unless the organization has otherwise requested it

Different ways of muting wristband alerts

Different ways of muting wristband alerts
How to mute wristband alerts via the Proxxi Voltage App and by tap

IMPORTANT

While muted the wristbands will not provide any alerts when you are near energised equipment.

Only mute alerts if you will be spending an extended period of time working near energized equipment or if you are not in a potentially hazardous environment (ex. office, vehicle, home)

Muting via the Proxxi Voltage App

To mute alerts in the Proxxi Voltage App:

  1. Select the Alerts tab
  2. Toggle on “Mute Alerts”
  3. Confirm select the appropriate timer for alerts to be muted

All work safety procedures must continue to be followed while alerts are muted.
Alerts can be muted for up to 5 hours at a time. After that time, the wristband will
always switch back to the default defined in black so that you have maximum protection.

At this time, a wristband cannot be muted via the Proxxi Voltage Hub App.

This video shows how to mute via the Proxxi Voltage App:

Tap-to-Mute

Tap-to-mute allows you to enter in and out of a mute state without needing to use your mobile device.

  1. Double-tap the wristband with an open palm.
  2. The wristband will enter a mute state for 1 hour.

    1. At the end of 1 hour, the wristband will automatically unmute.
    2. If unmuting is required before the end of the hour, double-tap again to unmute.

You will not be able to tap-to-mute if the wristband is actively alerting, and you must move away
from the energised source to proceed with tap-to-mute.

The taps are relatively light — tapping with the palm of your hand (as opposed to fingers) can help control the force.

More information about tap-to-mute can be found here.

Tap-to-Mute Behaviour

Tap-to-Mute Behaviour
What to expect from the wristband when tapping to mute

This information applies to wristbands on v26.004 firmware or higher. Previous firmware versions may experience different behaviours.

How to use tap-to-mute

Tap-to-mute allows you to enter in and out of a mute state without needing to use your mobile device. To tap-to-mute:

  1. Double-tap the wristband with an open palm.
  2. The wristband will enter a mute state for 1 hour.

    1. At the end of 1 hour, the wristband will automatically unmute.
    2. If unmuting is required before the end of the hour, double-tap again to unmute.

You will not be able to tap-to-mute if the wristband is actively alerting, and you must move away from the energised source to proceed with tap-to-mute.

The taps are relatively light — tapping with the palm of your hand (as opposed to fingers) can help control the force.

Watch this video to see both the force and speed required to tap-to-mute:

Preventing accidental muting

To help prevent accidental muting or unmuting while performing activities that have a similar impact to tapping, such as rhythmic tool use, the wristband has logic in place that invalidates successive taps.

What to expect:

If the wristband registers two state changes via tap within 3 seconds
(mute > unmute > mute or unmute > mute > unmute), it will revert to the original
muted/unmuted state. It will then not change state again until it has registered
at least 6 seconds without any taps.

Example:

If the user taps from unmuted to muted and then immediately taps to unmute,
the wristband will return to unmuted (the original state).

If the user then immediately taps the wristband again, the wristband will not mute.

If the user waits 6 seconds before tapping again, the wristband will mute.

Full summary of the behaviour:

When the wristband registers a double tap, it will change state (mute or unmute)
and start a 3 second timer. If it registers another valid double tap within this
3 second timer, the wristband will return to its original state (classifying the
first tap as invalid).

The wristband then starts a new 6 second timer where it will not change states again
unless it does not register any taps for 6 seconds straight. If a tap is registered
within this timer, the timer is restarted.

More information about muting can be found here.

Installing custom settings

Installing custom settings
If you organization is deploying custom settings, you will need to connect to the Proxxi Voltage App in order to complete the setting installation
Installing Custom Settings

On the latest firmware and app versions, custom settings are installed automatically
when you connect your wristband with the Proxxi Voltage App (as long as your mobile
device is connected to the internet).

  1. Confirm that you are on the latest version of the app

    1. Android v2.8.10 or higher, iOS v1.7.11 or higher
    2. If your app requires manual update, follow the instructions for Android and iOS
  2. Connect the wristband with the app

    1. If you have not previously connected the app and wristband, you will need to install and log into the app
  3. Confirm that you have an internet connection and allow wristband to sync
  4. Check that wristband is on the latest firmware

    1. v24.003 or higher

IMPORTANT:

Users who are enabled with custom settings should only pair the Proxxi Voltage App with custom settings wristbands.
Users who are intended to have standard settings should only pair with standard settings wristbands.

Do Not Pair Custom Settings Apps with Standard Settings Wristbands

  • If you pair your app with a wristband not intended for custom settings, it may attempt installation
but fail, causing safety issues as app settings may not match the wristband.

Do Not Pair Standard Settings Apps with Custom Settings Wristbands

  • If a standard app pairs with a custom settings wristband, it may attempt to install standard settings
but fail, causing mismatches and safety risks.

Ensure New Users Log in with the Correct Setting-Type Wristband

  • If a custom settings wristband is used, the user will get custom settings but must restart the wristband.
  • If a standard settings wristband is used, the user will get standard settings and no restart is needed.

At this time the Proxxi Hub App cannot be used to install custom settings

Updating the wristband firmware

Updating the wristband firmware
Wristband firmware can be updated via the Proxxi Voltage App or the Proxxi Hub App

To complete a firmware update using either app:

  • The wristband must stay within Bluetooth range of the mobile device (~30ft or 10m) during the update
  • The wristband must remain powered on
  • The wristband must not be connected to any other mobile device or app
  • The mobile device must have an internet connection (Mobile Data or WiFi)
  • The mobile device must have Bluetooth turned on and permissions granted to the mobile app
Using the Proxxi Voltage App

As long as you are connected to the internet, your app will let you know when a new firmware version is available for your wristband.

The wristband must have >40% battery or be on charge to complete an update.

iOS

When a new firmware version is available, the iOS app will prompt the user,
and the user can install the new firmware directly from the popup.

Android

When a new firmware version is available, the Android app will prompt the user
with a banner notification at the bottom of the screen.

To complete the installation, select the Wristband tab on the bottom left of the screen.

From this page, select the “Update Firmware” or “Check for Updates” button.
This will guide you through updating the wristband firmware if a new version is available.

Using the Proxxi Hub App

To use the Hub App to update a wristband’s firmware, open the “Firmware” tab
while the wristband is within range.

The mobile device will automatically search for all available wristbands within range.
It will connect to each wristband one-by-one to check whether a firmware update is required,
and complete the update if needed.

Wristbands must be on charge to complete a firmware update. This helps ensure they are
not moved out of Bluetooth range during the update.

Once all wristbands have attempted to update, select the “Refresh” button to scan again.
This will identify wristbands that failed previously or newly came into range.

The Hub app will not automatically scan unless you refresh, navigate away and return,
or restart the app.

Using the “Update History” button, you can review firmware update status for all wristbands
connected within the past 24 hours.

Wristband charging information

Wristband charging information
Charging frequency and charging options for the Voltage wristband
Charging Frequency and Length

A full charge takes approximately 4 hours and lasts 35 hours, depending on usage.

Like most personal electronic devices (mobile phones or smart watches), it is recommended
to charge the wristband daily. A short charge (30 minutes) can boost the wristband’s charge
levels enough to extend the battery life for several hours.

If the wristband is not going to be used for an extended period of time, it can be powered down to conserve battery.

Charging Options

The charging cradle for the Proxxi Voltage Wristband can be plugged into any micro USB charging cable.
This allows you to charge the wristband, even if you do not have access to a wall outlet.

If charging overnight in a vehicle, we recommend the below options:

  1. If available, plug into an always-on port in your vehicle.
  2. Use the app to power down the wristband after you shut the vehicle off and then leave it on the charger.
The wristband will power back on once the vehicle is started again.

    1. Ensure that the power source is off before powering down. If it is still on,
the wristband may power back on unintentionally.

Powering down the wristband

Powering down the wristband
To help conserve battery, the wristband can be powered down (turned off) using the Proxxi Voltage App

Powering down the wristband can be an option to conserve battery or to shut down the wristband for travel. While powered down, the wristband’s battery will not lose charge.

In the “Wristband” tab of the Proxxi Voltage App, select “Power Down Wristband”.

IMPORTANT:

This is a full shutdown of the wristband and disables all communication between the wristband and the app.

To turn back on the wristband, the wearer will need to put the wristband on charge for a few minutes.

To disable alerts for a short time period, try muting the wristband instead.

Note: At this time, the Proxxi Hub App cannot be used to power down a wristband.

Replacement and spare parts for the wristband

Replacement and spare parts for the wristband
Replacements are available through warranty replacements and purchasing replacements or spares

The Voltage Wristband comes apart into 4 separate parts, each of which can be replaced individually:

  1. Sensor
  2. Wristband strap
  3. Charging cradle
  4. Charging cable (either micro USB to wall-wart or micro-USB to USB-A)

For warranty issues, review the warranty policy and contact support@proxxi.co to arrange replacements.

To purchase additional non-warranty replacements or spares, contact sales@proxxi.co.

The charging cable can also be replaced by any micro USB charging cable sold by other retailers.

Wristband calibration

Wristband calibration
The wristband does not require manual calibration

As the wristband is not an “absence of voltage tester” it does not require manual calibration.

The wristband settings are calibrated every time that the wristband connects to the Proxxi Voltage App (as long as there is an internet connection) to ensure that the wristband is alerting appropriately to different electric field strengths.

At this time, settings are not calibrated when connected to the Proxxi Hub App.

Wristband safety information

Wristband safety information
Information about current and frequency detection, current exposure, and safety around magnets and moving equipment.
Important use information
  • Voltage is not designed to replace any step in existing safety procedures; it helps detect human error in everyday work processes
  • Voltage should be used by suitably trained personnel (qualified or unqualified)
  • Voltage is a proximity sensor; never contact energized equipment
  • If Voltage is used without fully understanding the interface and limitations, serious injury can occur
  • Static may produce false alarms
  • Voltage’s detection will be impacted by situations that result in energized equipment producing a weaker field, such as 3 phase equipment, grounded equipment, equipment close to the ground, and when gear is wet
  • Use only on the wrist; do not attach the wristband to other equipment or to a hot stick
Current and frequency detection

The Proxxi Voltage Wristband uses an internal electrometer to wirelessly sense electrical potential (an energized voltage differential).

The wristband should only be used in AC environments.

The firmware filters electrometer readings to specifically detect alternating current (AC) of a particular frequency to prevent false positives.

The Proxxi Voltage Wristband is not recommended for DC environments as it will not alert to DC voltage.

The wristband is configured to alert for 50Hz or 60Hz.

Like a serial number, the 60Hz vs 50Hz configuration is written in programming and cannot be changed.

On the underside of the wristband, it indicates which frequency it is programmed for. Ensure the wristband matches your environment.

Electrical current exposure

There are no exposed electrodes, terminals, or connectors. All currents remain safely within the wristband.

Medical safety with magnets

There are no significant magnets in the wristband other than very small ones inside the vibration motor.

Due to their size and placement, the magnetic field at the wrist is negligible. Wearing this device is comparable to wearing a smartwatch or holding a phone.

Safety around moving equipment

The wristband is designed to be quick-release to improve safety.

If needed, a keeper (plastic loop) can be used to secure the strap, similar to a watch.

Locating the wristband's 4 character ID

Locating the wristband’s 4 character ID
The wristband’s 4 character ID is used for identification and for logging into the Proxxi Voltage App. It can be found on the underside of the wristband pod.

Wearers can find the wristband’s 4 character ID in 3 places:

  • On the underside of the wristband (ensure the charging cradle is removed)
  • On the outside of the wristband’s packaging
  • At the top of the Proxxi Voltage App while connected to the wristband

In both the Proxxi Voltage Dashboard and the Proxxi Hub App, multiple wristband IDs may be displayed.

  • In the dashboard, users can see wristband IDs in the data on each table
  • In the Hub App, wristband IDs are used to identify connected and nearby wristbands

Adjusting the fit of the wristband

Adjusting the fit of the wristband
To make the Proxxi Voltage wristband more comfortable, you can adjust the strap length and check that the charging cradle has been removed. If the wristband is not secure, the keeper loop can be used.
Decoupling Charging Cradle

When removing the wristband from the charger, ensure that you decouple the wristband from the charging cradle. If only the plug is removed, it is likely that the charging cradle is still attached to the wristband and is creating extra bulk and discomfort.

Adjusting the Strap Length
Shortening the strap

If your wristband strap is too long you can customise it by cutting off the extra strap length following the score marks.

Increasing the strap length

The Voltage wristband does not currently have a longer strap. However, for those who need a longer strap, it can be made following these steps.

  1. To fashion a longer wristband strap you will need your voltage wristband, an extra wristband strap (with the Voltage pod removed), and a pair of scissors.
  2. Cut the spare wristband strap on the side where the sizing holes are. You can use the grooves in the strap to guide your cut. Remove the keeper loop and plastic pin from the spare strap.
  3. Taking the wristband strap with the pod in it, insert the spare plastic pin into the wristband strap on the opposite end of the strap from where the existing pin is inserted. Add the keeper loop to the strap. Attach the extra strap length to the plastic pins. Use the keeper loops to secure the straps.
  4. If you wish, you can cut the extra strap to a shorter length. The edges can also be cut into different shapes if preferred.

The next version of the Proxxi Voltage Wristband hardware will include an update to the wristband strap to make it longer for those who need it.

Securing the Wristband

The Proxxi Voltage Wristband is designed to be quick-release to help keep workers safe. If it is falling off, it can be adjusted to be more secure.

The keeper, which is a plastic loop that helps hold the wristband straps together (like on a watch), can be used to keep the wristband on more securely.

Your keeper will have been included in your wristband box.

Self-testing and confirming the wristband is powered on

Self-testing and confirming the wristband is powered on
To confirm the wristband is on, check the battery indicator light. To test alerts you can use a safe known source or the Proxxi Voltage App
Confirming the Wristband is On

You can tell the wristband is on by checking that the battery indicator light is pulsing. Any time that the wristband is powered on, the battery light will pulse. If connected to a charger, a different light pattern will occur. If powered off the battery status light will be off.

Self-Testing with a Known Source

To check the wristband is detecting energized equipment, you can approach a non-hazardous known electrical source of a minimum of 110V (such as an electrical outlet) while the wristband is set to the default 480V setting. If the known source is shielded and/or grounded the wristband will not alert; the wristband will still alert if it is insulated.

The wristband will alert as it nears the source, as this low voltage source has a strong enough electric field that it will trigger the wristband to alert when the wristband is close enough to it (while on the 480V default setting).

If your organization has custom settings, the 480V setting may have different alert thresholds or may not be available for your wristband.

Using the App to Test Alerts

You can trigger the wristband to perform an alert (to test that the flash, vibration, and beep functions are working as expected) by using the “Test Alerts” button on the Home tab of the Proxxi Voltage App.

Test Alerts is not available in the Proxxi Hub App.

How to access and use Recovery Mode

How to access and use Recovery Mode
The Proxxi Voltage App for Android allows users to recover wristbands that have become temporarily non-functional

Only available in the Proxxi Voltage App for Android, v2.8.25 and higher.

Our Android Wearer App now has a Recovery Mode that allows users to recover wristbands that have become temporarily non-functional.

Recovery Mode is not available on iOS

If you do not have an Android device personally, we recommend borrowing one to complete recovery.

Recovery Mode can be accessed without logging in; once recovery has been completed on the Android device, an iOS device can be used for all future interaction.

Wristbands can become non-functional if they experience an error or if they are disconnected from the mobile app during a firmware update.

This recovery process will both recover your wristband and complete any available firmware updates.

Before starting the recovery process
  1. Fully close your Proxxi Voltage App (swipe up from the app-switcher screen)
  2. Put the wristband onto your wrist
  3. Double tap the wristband a few times
  4. Take the wristband off and put it on charge for 15 minutes
  5. Re-open the app and try to connect

Recovery Mode can be accessed from the Support Menu, during login or after login.

If you are currently paired to a wristband, go to the Wristband tab and select Disconnect Wristband.

Accessing Recovery Mode During Login

On the Select Wristband screen, press the Refresh button 4 times.

A “?” button will appear in the top right corner. Recovery Mode is the 3rd option.

Accessing Recovery Mode After Login

On the No Wristband Connected screen, press the “?” button in the top right corner.

Recovery Mode is the 3rd option.

Once selected, the app will guide you through the recovery process.

The app will scan for nearby wristbands that need recovery. Wristbands must be within Bluetooth range (about 10 meters), powered on, and not connected to other devices.

The app will recover all nearby wristbands one by one.

Wristbands not needing recovery will not be affected.

Important

During recovery, you must maintain Bluetooth connection.

Keep the app open, internet and Bluetooth on, and wristbands nearby and powered on.

You will receive confirmation once recovery is complete. The wristband will reboot and become available for connection.

If recovery fails, it may be due to disconnection. Try again.

Known bug: charging cradle crash

Known bug: charging cradle crash
When charging, the Voltage wristband will occasionally cause the charger to crash, turning the charger off.

Our team is building a new firmware version for the wristband that will prevent this crash from occurring.

When charging, the Voltage wristband will occasionally cause the charger to crash, turning the charger off. This can result in the wristband having a fully drained battery the next day (as the wristband sits on the charger, but does not charge).

Proxxi’s Next Steps

Our team is going to be building a new firmware version for the wristband that will prevent this crash from occurring. Unfortunately, this is not a quick process, and will likely take around a month for it to be built and tested before it can be released to your team in the field.

Impact on User Experience

The good news is that it does not impact any wristband functionality, as far as sensing electric fields and alerting goes – it only impacts the charger and causes it to shut down. This means that you can continue to use the wristband in the field.

How Do You Know When This Has Occurred?

You will know this issue has occurred when you find your wristband has not been charged despite being on the charger. The wristband may have no battery charge (does not show any flashing battery indicator) or have a low charge (showing amber or red on the battery indicator).

You may also notice if you try to connect your wristband with the mobile app, but the mobile app cannot find the wristband.

Preventing and Fixing the Issue When It Occurs

To prevent this issue, you should always check to ensure the LED on the charging cradle is showing a steady white light when the wristband is plugged in.

If the LED is rapidly blinking:

  1. Remove the band and re-insert it to ensure that it is properly seated
  2. If the issue continues to persist, disconnect the charger from the power for 30 seconds and repeat the above

If you ever find it has shut down while charging, you can:

  1. Unplug the charger for 30+ seconds
  2. Plug the charger back in
  3. Connect the wristband to the charger
  4. Allow the wristband to charge (full charge in 3-4 hours, but it can be used before then)

Known bug: firmware update crash

Known bug: firmware update crash
In firmware version 23.021 and previous, there is a known bug which is triggered during firmware updates

If you have encountered this known bug, you will be able to rectify the issue by following these steps in order:

  1. Fully close your app (swipe up from the app-switcher screen)
  2. Put the wristband onto your wrist
  3. Double tap the wristband a few times (like you would with tap to mute)
  4. Take the wristband off and put it on charge for 15 minutes
  5. Re-open the app and try to connect

If you are able to successfully connect after the above, you will still need to complete your firmware update.

If you are still unable to connect, you will need to use the Proxxi Voltage App on an Android device to recover the wristband by following these steps.

Live reading and wristband alerts at different voltage settings

Live reading and wristband alerts at different voltage settings
For the standard settings, these are the live reading thresholds for alert triggers

When the wristband’s setting is changed, the wristband will alert at different readings. The table below outlines the trigger value shown on the live reading for the two alerts at each standard setting.

IMPORTANT:

If your organization has deployed custom settings, the alert triggers and available settings may be different. Contact the Proxxi Team if your wristband is on custom settings and you need to confirm the alert triggers

The standard Proxxi Voltage settings have been created so that the wristband alerts appropriately for equipment of the same voltage as the setting name. Adjusting the setting does not change how the wristband senses the electric field but instead adjusts the threshold for triggering an alert.

Lower settings have lower alert trigger thresholds (so that they alert at the correct distance for lower voltage equipment) and higher settings have higher alert trigger thresholds (so that they alert at the correct distance for higher voltage equipment).

Live Readings for Standard Voltage Settings
Setting Initial Alert High Alert
480V* 6** 10
600V 25 40
5kV 500 1000
15kV 1000 2400
38kV 3000 8000

The live reading does not represent the voltage. It is a measure of the intensity of the electric field strength.

The live reading is located on the “Wristband” screen of the Wearer App any time the wristband is active. If the wristband is charging or powered off, it will not display. The Live Reading is not displayed in the Proxxi Voltage App.

For instructions on changing alert settings and for more information about nuisance alerts, see this article.

* The 480V setting is often appropriate for work on equipment in the 200V range (200-280V). This is because 480V equipment is 3-phase, whereas 200V range equipment is most commonly single-phase

**Initial alert distances are applicable for wristbands shipped after 2023-05-19. Wristbands shipped before this date will perform the initial alert on the default 480V setting at a live reading of 3 unless the organization has otherwise requested it

Using the time and date filter on the dashboard

Using the time and date filter on the dashboard
In the Proxxi Voltage Dashboard all reports can be filtered by date and the time zone can be changed.

Start and End Date are shown in YYYY-MM-DD format. The start time will be 12:00 AM on the Start Date selected. The end time will be 11:59PM on the End Date selected.

Adjusting the time zone will cause the dates and times listed for events to shift, as it will convert the time shown to reflect the selected time zone. It may also cause the number of days active to change (+/- 1 day), as time of usage will be converted to the selected time zone.

For the best experience, we recommend selecting the Wristband wearer’s time zone when reviewing reports.
