Why Emulate?
Simulation of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) applications are typically required in Operator Training Simulators (OTS) and other dynamic simulation applications.
Many vendor-provided PLC emulations do not support simulation features needed for OTS, they are too expensive or have poor integration capabilities.
