The course analyzes strategies and tools with which companies can achieve sustainability goals profitably, using real examples, testimonials, and analysis of best practices. Particular emphasis is placed on developing innovative business models—such as circular economy models—that combine impact reduction with process redesign and the offering of new services.
The training modules include sustainability and business cases for companies (corporate sustainability, evolution of the institutional context, economic and financial performance), sustainable business models (circular economy principles and applications, sustainable innovation of business models), and integration of sustainability in the company (carbon footprint, life cycle analysis, and other measurement tools).
