Genior Modular is a fully automatic machine and process monitoring system for machining processes and is predominantly deployed in medium and large-scale production runs. The system detects tool breakage, tool wear, and missing tools. In most cases, the alarm limits are set and adjusted automatically, but they can also be adjusted manually if needed. The Genior Modular system comprises evaluation electronic circuitry and offers various methods of data capture, appropriate measuring transducers, and visualization software.
