The original xDIM captures small to medium sized box dimensions in under a second by aiming a rugged tablet at the corner of a box. For larger boxes like TVs, furniture and appliances, use the 2-step method.

xDIM for pallets uses an AI-powered two-step method, by aiming a rugged tablet at the front, then side of the pallet. Ideal for storage optimization and freight classification, the software captures cleanly stacked, square payload pallets as well as non-square items such as barrels or stacks of piping. Measurements are aligned with NMFC standards, helping shippers ensure LTL compliance and avoid costly reclassification.
