This Licensing Policy defines the terms under which Equvera connEx DLS software is licensed for evaluation, commercial use, and enterprise deployment.
Equvera connEx DLS is a proprietary software product developed and distributed by Equvera for professional, industrial, and regulated environments.
Equvera connEx DLS is licensed on a per-system basis. The software is licensed, not sold, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Equvera.
Licensing options are designed to support evaluation, production, and enterprise deployments.
Equvera provides a time-limited Trial License for evaluation and testing purposes.
Equvera CoNNeX DLS supplies several versions called Enterprise, Professional, Standard.
These versions contain different features and are ideal for users who either want a
low-cost solution or are not interested in more advanced features.
This page lists the principal features of Equvera CoNNeX DLS and identifies those features
that are not available in the corresponding version.
Equvera CoNNeX DLS users can upgrade to the higher version at any time, only by paying the
difference in price between the versions. The actual software is identical since the
software activation key is used to configure all editions. A code can be sent by email
that allows the user to upgrade the software.

which of these are eliminated from the corresponding edition.

No ownership rights are transferred under this license.

Availability of updates depends on the license type and any active maintenance or support agreement.

Equvera connEx DLS is designed to support regulated environments, including 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP/GxP use cases.
Final compliance, validation, and regulatory acceptance remain the responsibility of the end user and depend on system configuration, validation procedures, and internal SOPs.
A license may be terminated if license terms are violated, the license period expires, or the software is used beyond the agreed scope.
Upon termination, use of the software must cease and all copies must be removed.
Equvera shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This licensing agreement shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
